How do you market a brand by doing less? Studio Andor’s identity for Horsefeathers answers this beautifully. Built on a strategy of intentional restraint, the brand strips away non-essential scent names, beauty jargon, and chaotic category claims to focus on simplicity, presence, and ritual. The result is a quietly refined bath and body system using sharp typography, deep green glass, Rothko-inspired gradients, numbered products, and a custom abstract HF monogram to elevate a daily routine into something more sensory and considered. We are archiving this project in our gallery as a strong example of stealth luxury — where restraint, materiality, and the art of the reveal become more powerful than the noise of the pitch.
