Bare Earth

Bare Earth is a botanical skincare brand identity and logo design project created by Notblankdesigns, exploring the relationship between expressive typography and natural material references. The identity centers around an ornate calligraphic logo paired with botanical imagery inspired by pine resin, mineral clay, moss, and bark.

The visual language blends archival botanical studies with editorial compositions and tactile references reminiscent of vintage herbarium sheets and apothecary materials. Ornamental lettering becomes the focal point of the identity, giving the brand a handcrafted and organic personality.

Packaging applications extend the identity across bottles, tubes, and cartons finished in deep forest green tones that read almost black. The restrained palette allows the flowing Bare Earth script and botanical graphics to remain the visual centerpiece.
